Itadopted PLC programmable controller, stepless frequency inverter, (modelA&B) touch panel operation. With fault or lack of material, the machinewill automatically alarm and shut down, and eliminate automatic alarm aftertroubleshooting.

It issuitable for capsule filling of powder, tablet and pellets.

3. Feature

1.    Good-looking appearance, exquisite workmanship, eases ofoperation, simplicity of use.

2.    Filling seat and measuring plate are designed as one unit to makemeasuring plate and filling rod without deviation, avoid friction betweenfilling rod and measuring plate, improve its precision, furthermore, itenhances the machine’s life greatly.

3.    Ineligible capsule can be eliminated automatically, the medicinein the capsule can be recycled and be reused, thus it can improve greatly theeconomic efficiency.

4.    Simplicity and convenience of dismantling, installation and clean,various models of mould can be replaced (the mould of 200 model and 400 modelcan be replaced mutually on the same machine) (and the mould of 600 model and 800model can be replaced mutually on the same machine) to meet different capacityrequirements.
